New oak stair railings, consistent with the aesthetics of this existing suburban english cottage style residence, were added along the steps between the vestibule and entry for safety. oak trim surrounding the vestibule/entry opening was also added, matching existing trim throughout the home.

This white satin lacquer cabinet divides the entry of this suburban home from the new family room addition, preserving the privacy of room occupants and concealing the furnishings, while allowing view to the backyard.

This very formal winding entry stair in this new construction residence rises to a second floor guest congregating area off which are bedroom suites. the entry floor is a large scale oak parquet with a teak inlay. glass insets in doors, sidelights, and transoms are custom designed carved and sandblasted glass. all mouldings are custom designed to be consistent with the scale of the residence.
